GSO dedicated to ensuring that working with impacted families, communities in the district most vulnerable people, especially women and children. With the support of Jivadaya foundation GSO started preschool nutrition and education programme in the FY 2022-23 in the following centres, such as Bajarapalli,Ghatisahi & Kumbara Sahi of Danagadi Block of Jajpur district  along with lively hood support  to their family in a pilot basis. Through this nutrition programme more than 300 house hold along with their children benefitted.

Selection Criteria for Piloting Milk Programme at Salijanga GP. Such as Bajarapalli,Ghati Sahi & Kumbhara sahi.  Project officers was  identify and visit villages from  time to time with some volunteers  and do a base line survey   and collaborate with other programme of Gangotree as a need base.

Focus has been given on children from tribals, dalits and communities that are marginalized with very poor socio-economic status.

After Initial assessment of the villages, demographics, geographic and socio-economic survey of the villages, 1 village will be selected for the Pilot project.

NGO Volunteers collect Anthropological (Height and Weight) data from the children from 6 months to age of 5 years from the selected village before the project begins to establish baseline data and submit to Jivadaya Foundation.(JDF).

 Regional project officer of JDF was conducted a Trial of the Pilot Project during the visit with Amul Spray Powder for three consecutive days to assess the feedback from the children and their mothers.

After Pilot project JDF will sign the MOU with our organization for the selected village for the duration of 1 year. With a mission is to improve quality of life of the Children with their family.
